We are Ana and Rodrigo, and this is more than a burger joint:
it’s our project, our place, and our way of doing things.
PAN‑TEAM wasn’t born from a business plan, but from walks, talks, and desire.
Ana and Rodrigo started dreaming about this while walking along the Malecón in Sarria. They wanted to create something different. Something that didn’t exist here.
First came the bar, the cocktails. Then, the burgers. And today PAN‑TEAM is that: a place where everything is made with care, without haste, daily.
Brioche bread baked by us. Meat from the region. Smash burgers with a story. Cocktails that surprise.
And a very clear idea: to do it differently and do it well.

Ana is from Madrid, but she arrived in Sarria more than 16 years ago. She has worked in hospitality all her life, and it shows. Rodrigo, from Sarria, grew up behind the counter of the historic Delicias pastry shop. Between the two of them, PAN‑TEAM is born.
Their story isn’t perfect, and that makes it real:
They started without a kitchen, improvising. They opted for cocktails while the griddles didn’t arrive. They adapted. They created.
And today, people come from outside just to try their burgers.
They participated in the Spanish Burger Championship. And they managed to be Club Member
, a distinction that cannot be bought.
“We are clear about what we are. And that makes us happy.”
We don’t do what everyone else does. And people notice.

We are on the Malecón, yes. But with our feet far from the ground.
We want to continue creating, growing, trying new things.
PAN‑TEAM is not a trend: it’s a place. A flavor. A way of doing things.
